INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING IN YOUR TORQUE CONVERTER

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR NAME AND PHONE ARE INCLUDED IN AND ON THE BOX WHEN SHIPPING IN YOUR TRANSMISSIONS AND TORQUE CONVERTERS, PARTS RECEIVED WITHOUT A NAME OR PHONE ARE SUBJECT TO DISPOSAL AFTER 90 DAYS IF PARTS ARE NOT CLAIMED.

  • Drain as much fluid from the converter as possible. 
  • seal the converter using a previously supplied hub cover. If you do not have one pack a rag ro 2 inside the hub of the converter to help mitigate fluid leaking out of the converter.
  • using 1-2 heavy duty plastic bags to prevent any extra leaking from the converter onto the box.
  • Use plenty of heavy duty packing material to secure the converter inside the box. (construction paper, foam, bubble wrap etc)
  • DO NOT PUT ANY TAPE ON THE HUB OF THE CONVERTER
  • We recommend UPS or Fedex, DO NOT use USPS.
